More about me
Background, journey and the person behind the code — in a bit more detail than the homepage.
I'm Birju Kumar, a Full Stack Developer based in New Delhi with 2 years of professional experience building web applications end to end — database design, backend logic in PHP, Laravel and Java, and fast, interactive frontends in React.js.
I'm currently working as a Senior Developer at Wildmint Marketing LLP, where I build SaaS platforms and business marketplaces, and I take on freelance projects on the side. Before that, I spent time as a trainer and, before that, an entrepreneur running my own startup.
I like ownership — from the database schema all the way to what the user sees on screen — and I care about writing code that actually holds up in production, not just in a demo.

My Journey
A roadmap of how I got from a polytechnic classroom to where I am today — including the detours.
Polytechnic Diploma — Buddha Polytechnic
Completed my Polytechnic Diploma, where I was first introduced to programming, logic building and computer fundamentals.
Cleared IIT JEE
Cleared IIT JEE but couldn't take up the admission due to personal circumstances at the time — so I kept building my own path instead.
B.Tech in AI & Machine Learning — MDU
Took a lateral entry into B.Tech (AI & ML) at MDU, building on my Polytechnic foundation and going deeper into software development and machine learning concepts.
Web4Business Solutions
Started my career with a 6-month internship, working on real client projects and learning how professional development teams actually operate.
Founded Technovagroup Private Limited
Started my own company, Technovagroup Private Limited, to build and deliver software solutions for clients. Eventually had to shut it down due to financial losses — a tough call, but a big learning experience in running a business, not just writing code for one.
Java & PHP Trainer — STLabs India
Spent 6 months at STLabs India as a trainer/teacher, taking students through Java and PHP from fundamentals to practical, project-based development. Teaching sharpened my own fundamentals as much as it helped my students.
Senior Developer — Wildmint Marketing LLP
Currently working as a Senior Full Stack Developer, building SaaS platforms, business marketplaces and client websites — alongside freelance projects on the side. 2+ years in the industry so far, and counting.

AdvancedExperience In Detail
A closer look at where I've worked, taught, and built things — the full picture behind the roadmap above.
Senior Developer
PresentBuilding and maintaining SaaS platforms and business-marketplace applications, handling everything from database design to deployment. Also manage freelance client projects alongside this full-time role, giving me 2+ years of combined hands-on industry experience.
Java & PHP Trainer / Teacher
Jan 2025 – Aug 2025 · 6 monthsTaught Java and PHP to students — covering core language fundamentals, OOP concepts, and hands-on, project-based development so learners could actually build things, not just understand theory. Explaining concepts to beginners day after day made my own fundamentals even stronger.
Founder
StartupStarted my own company, Technovagroup Private Limited, to design and deliver software solutions for clients. Eventually shut it down after running into financial losses. It was a hard decision, but it taught me more about the business side of software — budgeting, client management, and risk — than any single project could have.
Intern — Full Stack Development
6 monthsMy first step into the industry. Worked on real client projects, learned professional development workflows, and picked up the day-to-day habits — code reviews, deadlines, client feedback loops — that a classroom doesn't teach.
Beyond the Code
A developer needs to switch off sometimes too — here's what I do when I'm away from the keyboard.
Playing Cricket
I love playing cricket whenever I get the chance — it's my favorite way to unwind, stay active, and clear my head after a long day of debugging.
Candy Crush
On the more casual side, I'm a regular Candy Crush player — a quick, satisfying way to relax between coding sessions.
Always Learning
Between projects, I'm usually picking up something new — a framework, a concept, or simply going deeper into tools I already use daily.
Let's build something together.
Have a project, a role, or just want to say hi? I'm always open to a conversation.
